Booking & Payment
Appointments are confirmed when you book. As a complimentary service, Oasis Health sends a text reminder before your appointment.
Payment is required at the time of booking for all new clients and initial consultations.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged the full session fee. For cancellations made with less notice or missed sessions, the fee will be charged to the card on file.
Payment Information
To make ongoing payments easier, clients are kindly asked to provide payment details. These details are securely stored in an encrypted booking system. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our payment and cancellation policies.
