Services- Counselling for Teachers

Each counselling session is individualised and flows differently depending on what is intuitively deemed to be most beneficial for you on the day.

📞

Free Introductory Call:

This isn't a requirement, and you're most welcome to bypass this and simply book a session. However, it's an option for those who'd like to ask any questions before they get started, to connect and discuss how my approach could be useful for you. If that would be helpful, please text me on 0415 881 823 and I'll give you a call when I'm available. ☺️

Individual Counselling In Person:

This isn't a requirement, and you're most welcome to bypass this and simply book a session. However, it's an option for those who'd like to ask any questions before they get started, to connect and discuss how my approach could be useful for you. 💻

Individual Counselling Online:

These sessions are held via Zoom and offer you the convenience of attending from home, work, or any quiet and private space. They provide the same support as in-person sessions and help you feel more at ease and more authentic in your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
To get the most out of your online session, choose a location where you will not be disturbed. It can be helpful to have a glass of water and some tissues nearby.

1️⃣
Initial Counselling Session (both Online and In Person):

These are for you if you've never seen me for counselling services before. During this session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss anything and everything that's on your mind. Duration is 75 minutes to ensure there's sufficient time for you to give me a beginning picture of what's going on for you without feeling rushed.

🪷
Follow-up Counselling Session (both Online and In Person):

These are for all subsequent sessions after the initial session. Duration is 50 minutes. At the beginning of each session, you're invited to discuss what your intention will be for the session (what you'd like to gain). For example, "I'd like to feel less stressed in my day-to-day life." Alternatively, we can always begin and allow the session to unfold naturally, as it always goes where it needs to anyway.

💆‍♀️
Kinesiology (Optional Integration)

Kinesiology is often included within counselling sessions as a supportive practice alongside talk therapy. It can be a powerful way to connect with the body’s wisdom, especially when the thinking mind feels exhausted.

In person, you will lie on the massage table while I apply gentle pressure to specific points on your feet or head. This can create a deep sense of calm, rest and care.

Some clients prefer more kinesiology in their sessions. Others prefer to talk. I tailor each session based on what feels right for you.
